1. Vasconcelos Marketing does not merely provide digital marketing services but delivers visibility, predictability, and the generation of qualified interest from potential clients for its contractors.
2. Marketing is a science. For this reason, we follow best practices and technical foundations established within strategic marketing doctrine. Marketing is the means through which we promote the indirect sale of our clients’ products and services.
3. The Marketing Diagnosis is a mandatory step prior to issuing any proposal to prospective clients. It is a paid technical service and must be compensated even if the potential client chooses not to proceed with further services.
4. Technical execution prevails over subjective client preferences. Our decisions are based on data, statistics, and, above all, measurable results.
5. The company is not available to serve all clients, but only those willing to build mid-term authority, follow technical guidance, and pursue concrete results beyond superficial metrics such as views and clicks.
6. Any proposal issued shall remain valid for 30 calendar days.
Services Offered
7. Google Business Profile Recovery: consists of preparing and submitting a strategic administrative appeal to the Google platform with the objective of reinstating a suspended profile.
8. Website Management: includes website creation, technical structuring, implementation of traffic tracking tools (Google Search Console and Google Analytics), integration with WhatsApp and social media, blog implementation, SEO practices, and technical performance optimization.
9. Google Business Profile Management: includes profile creation, local SEO optimization, content production, ongoing updates, monthly ranking audits, administrative appeals in case of suspension, reputation management (rating), review responses, reporting of false engagement, metrics monitoring, and monthly performance reports.
10. Social Media Management: includes account setup, content production, performance analysis, application of SEO principles when applicable, data tabulation, and monthly reporting.
11. Paid Traffic Management: includes feasibility analysis, risk assessment, campaign configuration, performance tracking, and conversion-focused optimization.
12. Google Business Profile Recovery and Marketing Diagnosis services may be contracted individually. All other services will only be negotiated with clients who adopt an integrated strategy defined by the technical team.
13. Services may be offered in strategic package formats. Free customization by the client is not permitted without prior technical evaluation of necessity and feasibility.
Execution and Client Obligations
14. For service execution, it is essential that the client provide requested information, documents, and data in a timely manner. Delays or omissions may compromise service quality and results.
15. Payment must be made prior to service execution, according to the agreed amount.
16. Clients in default may be separately charged for Google Business Profile recovery services, even if their financial situation is subsequently regularized.
Suspension and Termination
17. Services may be unilaterally terminated in the following situations:
Improper interference by the client in technical execution, whether direct or indirect. Interference includes unauthorized postings, alteration or deletion of content published by the marketing team, revocation or limitation of access required for service provision, or any technical action exclusive to the marketing team.
Delay or default in payment of any amount due.
Partial payment below the contracted amount.
Failure to provide required documents or essential information.
Refusal to follow technical guidance fundamental to service performance.
18. Clients with overdue payments will have services immediately suspended.
19. Suspension shall not occur for subjective reasons. The client will be notified in writing and may submit clarifications within 5 calendar days. The company will review the clarification within 5 days. If accepted, the notification will be revoked. If rejected, termination will be formalized.
20. In confirmed cases of improper interference, no refund will be issued for work already performed, including design production, reports, or technical activities completed.
21. Services may be terminated with a minimum of 30 days’ prior notice in cases of commercial non-viability. Any refund will be processed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of bank details.
Reports and Audits
22. All clients must attend the monthly alignment meeting with the Marketing Manager to review performance and define subsequent actions. Failure to attend may negatively impact performance, and responsibility will rest solely with the client.
23. The Marketing Results Report (MRR) will be sent in the first half of the month following data consolidation. The report will include Google Business Profile performance charts, results analysis, trend evaluation, organic traffic data, page and domain authority metrics, projected goals, and strategic recommendations.
24. Two monthly positioning audits will be conducted, and their results will be included in the monthly report.
General Technical Provisions
25. Hosting fees are the client’s responsibility.
26. The domain belongs to the client, who is responsible for its acquisition and renewal.
27. Google Business Profile is an unstable platform, subject to suspensions, merges, and improper review removals. For this reason, we work to reduce exclusive dependence on this platform through the development of structured websites and proprietary digital assets.
28. Administrative appeals are not permitted if the client has already submitted an appeal independently, as such actions reduce the likelihood of success.
29. Situations not covered in this policy will be reviewed by Commercial Management, which may issue additional guidance or amend existing rules.
